Firstly I would like to point out that my knowledge of soccer nowadays is rather average. I have found for me, its more important to have just enough to know generally whats happening, that way the prices are paramount, as opposed to when I did consider myself well learned and take whatever was on offer. A recipe for empty pockets.

Arsenal-Spurs
The Books seem to be working on the old french saying, the more things change, the more they stay the same. With injuries and priorities they have priced this up bang on the average game and let the punters decide. The Betfair goals markets back this up but my view is this is because Fans are playing the markets up while the Traders see a downturn. There's not enough give to play the goals, even from a hedge point but considering the traders angle, 2 goals is maximum here. I feel Spurs will be looking for a Draw but Arsenal will get them at some stage, a 1-0 2-0 bet or 2-0 hedge at 1 is the bet.

Chelsea-Liverpool
Being an FA Cup Semi Final, especially these two, the whole World expects a cat and mouse game where both teams know one slip could be goodnight. Used to seeing a 15 minute kick around at the start of the Match, the books have acted accordingly putting up low expectations. Betfair mirror this insomuch as the 2.5 goals Mkt favours the under. Talking to my Season ticketed friends at chelsea, I get the impression Chelsea have been going through the motions since dropping out of the CL feeling the League Title was in the bag. With Chelsea fully tuned in for this and given their success at Old Trafford over the Years, they are a strong bet. Altough I will back 1-0 and a little of over 4.5 goals as a cover of a blow-out.

Not enough Info as yet on the Sunday Games. :drink:

Although I went along with the crowd at first on the chelsea game, the markets have just gone ridiculous. I have Three different prices for different situations and all are well below whats been offered now, so the value is in the overs, I will be betting over 2.5 goals.:drink:
